Do I have to have bought the piano from you?

No. The Piano Registry is open to every piano in Lebanon, wherever it came from and however old it is.

What do I actually receive?

An official registry number, a printable Certificate of Registration, and a service record that stays with the instrument for life. Every tuning, repair and restoration we carry out is added to it.

Is the certificate the same as a warranty card?

Yes. The Certificate of Registration is the document that travels with the piano and proves what it is and what has been done to it.

What happens if I sell the piano one day?

The record follows the instrument, not the owner. A documented service history is one of the first things a serious buyer asks for, and it protects the value of the piano.

How long does registration take?

Accepted Answer

A few minutes to submit. Each entry is then verified by hand before the number is issued, because a registry nobody checks is not worth having.
